Job Description
What you’ll do
- Work with clients and partners to understand and document content, orchestration, and testing requirements
- Collaborate with Growth Product Managers to prioritise the testing requirements
- Author components and experiences in a headless CMS across multiple Adobe surfaces and journeys
- Build campaigns to deliver personalised content experiences to millions of customers globally
- Rigorously test new content, campaigns and analytics tracking for quality and accuracy
- Monitor deployed content and campaigns
- Work with cross-functional groups to implement and optimise A/B tests and other experiments
- Work with Analysts to help develop performance analytics for the tests
Skills
- Experience in setting up Marketing Campaigns, Insights into Campaign automation & analysis
- Experience in Campaign Metadata management and personalisation techniques
- Hands-on experience working with campaign orchestration or optimisation tools such as Adobe Campaign or Adobe Target or Optimizely
- Any exposure to Marketing Analytics is good to have
- Knowledge of CMS systems would be of good value
- Knowledge of REST API usage, HTML;
- Meticulous self-starter who takes initiative, can work independently, and can work with good flexibility
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript/JSON automation and manipulation is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills
- Ability to work with geographically distributed teams
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
