Responsibilities:
- Owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for collaboration for our IAM products
- Implementing IAM framework on Azure AD (role-based access control, PIM, identity entitlement fundamentals, access recertification)
- Knowledgeable in Identity Governance administration
- Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.
- Identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses. Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
- Ensure the maintenance and monitor IAM systems. Troubleshoot, support and resolve system incidents, problems and changes, as required.
- Design reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.
- Plan and live deployment of IAM turnkey solutions including onboarding of client applications
- Provide level 3 support and coordinate as needed with the technology vendors (performing diagnosis on incidents, implementing standard changes to the infrastructure)
- Produce IAM technical documentation such IAM detailed design, configuration guides etc.
- Move and sync data between SaaS and identity apps by building integrations and using existing APIs (provisioning/de-provisioning).
- Implementation of applications and software upgrades, as well as performance troubleshooting and tuning for users
- Work with IT Management to constantly monitor and improve the delivery of IT
- systems and support.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to coordinate IT policies
- Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material for internal employees and IT staff
- Work with Security, PeopleOps, and Business Operations to develop automated onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in general IT operations and user support
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives
- Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency
- Oversee and provide operations support including account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting, and service optimization
- Develop system monitoring and support automation to enhance and scale the quality of support
