What does Jar do?

With seamless ease of use, we provide users the ability to withdraw their savings directly to their bank accounts as cash or receive physical gold, which is delivered right to their doorstep. Furthermore, Jar empowers individuals with a flexible line of credit, starting at ₹1000, offering instant access to funds when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
  • Create data sets and data models to build intelligence upon.
  • Developing prediction systems using machine learning algorithms
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
  • Propose solutions and strategies to overcome business challenges
  • Understand state of the art machine learning techniques and implement them in business projects.

Requirements 

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Experience with Python Data Analysis Packages(Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn) is a must.
  • Past internships in Data Science or Machine Learning.
  • Good understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, arithmetic etc.
  • Good scripting and programming skills
  • Analytical mind and business acumen
  • Problem-solving aptitude
