About the role:
Key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to,
1) Run sales calls with short deck presentation and detailed product demo
2) Become a consultant to customers converting their compliance pain points to actionable insights &
a successful sale and achieve quota consistently
3) Work closely with CSM team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
4) Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline to accurately forecast revenues
5) Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
6) Devising strategies with the SDRs to efficiently handle the MQLs and engage with marketing teams
to improve conversion rates
7) Manage customer expectations through cross-functional interactions and ensuring that the
deliverables are completed
8) Look for avenues to upsell product / service offerings
9) Conduct health-checks on existing accounts and report
10) Document Customer interactions and Discovery Calls
Skills and Qualifications
1) Sales experience particularly in B2B SaaS markets2) Strong communication and presentation skills – solid writing skills are a must!
3) Ability to think on your feet – you're someone who can figure out creative ways to get the maximum
conversions
4) Can breakdown complicated technical matters and explain them in an understandable manner
