Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible for analyzing and understanding the requirements.
- Makes detailed design for feature realization
- Perform hands on Product development.
- Review work products and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Follow best in class software development practices.
- Understand the clinical needs from a user perspective (in the context of how the product/feature is being used).
- Be able to proactively identify, analyze and resolve complex issues earlier in the development cycle.
- Responsible to continuously improve the quality of software deliverables.
- Investigate critical defects & provide solutions, perform root cause analysis for continuous improvements.
- Continuously develop a strong technical and domain knowledge and sustain it with highest level of competency.
Role Competency:
- 6-10 year of hands on experience in Object Oriented development and design.
- In depth programming and debugging experience in C#, .Net/WPF, C++ (OOAD, UML, Design Pattern
- Strong experience in Windows Desktop Application development.
- Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills.
- Experience in delivering end to end software programs from requirements definition to release in an Agile setting.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
- Work experience on systems used in healthcare is a plus.
- Good understanding & experience in design patterns and practical application of same.
- Experience in working in project teams, involving SW designers, SW engineers.
- Good experience in SAFe development environment.
