When you interact with CS FOR ALL (forms, WhatsApp, payment confirmation, mentorship flows), we may collect the following information so we can support you properly.
Contact details: name, phone, email (so we can reach you).
Payment proof: UTR / transaction ID / screenshot (only for verification).
Learning context: your experience level, goals, and track preference (to guide you better).
We do not ask for OTPs, UPI PINs, bank passwords, or anything that can compromise your account.
How we use your information
We use your information for a few simple reasons — to make your joining experience smooth and your learning support reliable.
Seat confirmation: verifying payment and confirming access.
Mentorship support: answering doubts, scheduling help, guidance updates.
Program improvements: understanding what learners struggle with (aggregated, not “exposing” anyone).
Sharing & third-party tools
We don’t sell your data. Sometimes, we use standard tools (forms, analytics, messaging) to run the program smoothly. Those tools may process limited data on our behalf.
Support channels: WhatsApp / email for communication.
Forms: to collect UTR/screenshot or onboarding info (only what you submit).
Analytics: basic website analytics to improve page experience and fix issues.
If we ever need extra information for a specific case, we’ll ask clearly — and explain why.
Cookies & website tracking
Our site may use cookies or similar technologies to keep things working smoothly (like remembering preferences) and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
