Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how the CS FOR ALL mentorship program works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from participants — so everything stays clear and smooth.

Effective date: 8 Jan 2026  ·  Program: CS FOR ALL Mentorship & Placement Preparation

1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing CS FOR ALL program services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with payment or access.

2) Eligibility & access

Access is provided for the participant who purchased the program. Sharing credentials or resources with non-participants is not allowed.

  • One seat = one learner. Your access is personal and non-transferable.

  • We may request verification details (name/phone/email) to protect access and maintain fairness.

3) Payments

Payments are processed via UPI / QR / approved payment methods. Please pay the exact amount shown on the payment page.

  • Confirmation: Seat is confirmed after successful payment verification.

  • Proof: Keep a screenshot / UTR / transaction ID until your access is confirmed.

4) Program delivery & updates

The program includes mentorship sessions, practice sets, evaluations, mock interviews, and community guidance. We may improve the curriculum, tools, or timelines to keep the program effective and up to date.

We focus on structured learning and readiness — not shortcuts. The exact schedule may evolve based on cohort progress.

5) Participant conduct

We keep the community respectful and high-signal. Misuse, harassment, or unfair practices can lead to removal from the community.

  • No harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior.

  • No sharing of paid materials outside the program.

  • No impersonation, falsified resumes, or unethical activity through the program.

6) Results, outcomes & placement support

Your outcomes depend on your background, effort, consistency, and market conditions. We provide the system, mentorship, and readiness evaluation to increase your chances — but we cannot guarantee specific results without formal written outcome terms.

  • Readiness-based support: Full placement assistance begins after readiness unlock (as explained on the program page).

  • No false claims: We never promise instant jobs. We focus on preparation and performance.

7) Intellectual property & sharing

All course materials, sheets, problem sets, rubrics, and recordings are for enrolled participants only. You may use them for personal learning, not for redistribution.

  • Recording or re-uploading sessions without permission is not allowed.

  • Creating “mirror groups” or forwarding paid content is a violation.

8) Refunds

We keep pricing simple and value-packed. If you ever need help with payments, access confirmation, or a refund review, we’ve documented the full process on our Refunds page (always kept up to date for your cohort).

If you believe a payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly, message support with Name + Phone + UTR.

9) Privacy

We may collect basic details (name, phone, email, payment proof, learning progress) to deliver the program and verify access. For more, refer to your Privacy Policy page.

  • We do not sell participant personal data.

  • We use information to verify access, provide support, and improve the program.

10) Contact & support

For support, payments, or access issues, contact us via WhatsApp or your official support channel.
