The opportunity


We are looking to  hire a rock-star full stack engineer to join our team in Adobe working on an exciting project , Re-imagining Adobe Captivate, the most awarded Rapid e-learning authoring desktop tool. We are now faced with exciting challenge of re -architecting the product from ground up to suit new gen user workflows and to make Captivate the most productive tool in the world. It’s a robust agile team that collaborates and works across all functions of true product development You must be that individual who is highly engaged, motivated and excels at critical thinking and problem solving!
What you’ll do

  • You will be a key player in designing, coding and building features of the product designed to meet new gen requirements.
  • Design low latency and high-performance solutions
  • Programming in React -REDUX JS, Node JS, HTML
  • Display thought leadership in feature design and development
  • Enjoy working in fast paced environment
  • Participate in defining team culture and product vision

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelors or master’s in computer science or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years writing production code
  • Advance knowledge of React.js or similar modern JS framework
  • Good to have : C++ /Java , very good programming fundamentals
  • Experience working in desktop products is desirable.
  • Experience with both Mac OS & Windows OS and web-based frameworks
  • Experience in profiling, debugging and testing complex systems
  • Experience with script-based run-time system, JavaScript script engines
  • Self-motivated, with ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments.
