Our engineering team works on Security products which help our customers to defend from web application attacks, campaigns, and breaches. Working collaboratively and encompassing the full engineering cycle, we’re constantly innovating to deliver for our customers. As a participant in our programs, you will gain valuable experience and make contributions through meaningful project work. You will have the opportunity to join us for trainings, networking events, and engagements with company leadership. Our 12-week intern program starts in May, and our 6-month co-op program starts in January or July.

Apply your innovative mindset

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work on new projects and build innovative technologies from scratch. Collaborating with teams across the business, you will support multiple products and help deliver on the design of customer solutions. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers manage their web traffic in a more reliable and scalable way.

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and enhancing features and functionality, from conception and design through to testing and deployment
• Working with senior engineers and system architects to translate requirements into engineering tasks
• Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot production issues and identify practical solutions
• Contributing to sessions with the wider team to facilitate continuous process improvement

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently studying in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science or another related field
• Have experience with one or more of the following languages: Javascript, C++, Java or Python
• Have working knowledge with Linux or Unix operating systems (nice to have)
• Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
