This is a part-time position. You will be engaged 6 hours per day for 4 months.
Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with several product teams around the world and top researchers across the company. Student projects are often used to explore new ideas that will become the basis of the future products.
- You will explore innovative technologies in the context of developing and shipping software and you will work on a project related to some of the most sophisticated software in the industry. You will also work on sharing the knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field
- Passed the exams from the first semester
- Must be an active BS/MS student during the entire student worker program (until end of July)
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages such as C, C++, Java, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript
- Passion for quality, performance, and reliability
- English language fluency
Preferred qualifications:
- Track record of creating computer software on your own (both individually or in a group)
- Participation in an engineering competition (hackathon, algorithmic problem solving…)
