Over 50 SME and Large customers across varied industry verticals and functions.
About the role:
Key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to,
1) Prepare PRD, BRD, SOW where necessary
2) Creating mind mapping, workflow diagrams
3) Customer onboarding and delivering solutions to the problem statements
identified during the sales and presales cycle
4) Work with presales and sales team to assist and identify customer business
challenges and arrive at innovative solutions to solve the same
5) Understand the PRD, BRD, SOW shared by presales team, and plan
configuration of the application on Hubbler platform and deliver.
6) Architect, plan and deliver the solutions promised using the Hubbler’s inhouse
operations team
7) Work with technical team of hubbler to guide the feature development and
developing technical capabilities to meet customer needs and also build a
efficient product roadmap
8) Provide technical and product support on Hubbler platform to the internal
team and customer team who manage and develop solutions
9) Upsell the capabilities of the platform for account growth with the existing
customer
Skills and Qualifications
1) Engineering degree
2) Experience working with, and managing, customers
3) A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5) Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
6) Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
7) Any experience in Low code or No code platform will be a edge
