Job description:  As a ServiceNow Machine Learning Engineer (MLE), you will be part of the AI Operations team which is responsible for implementing and developing Machine Learning applications and systems at scale for operations at ServiceNow.

What you get to do in this role:

1. Make queries and APIs to gather data and make insight
2. Train/test/deploy/maintain complex ML models at scale
3. Build AIML enabled applications on the ServiceNow platform & Azure ML
4. Integrate AIML models into the ServiceNow platform
5. Help evolve the MLOps process our team follows
6. Write web components with APIs that developers love to use
7. Create code that is easy to understand and maintain across the team
8. Participate with the team to architect, design and build scalable AIML solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications: In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

1. Proven experience implementing machine learning and deep learning solutions
2. Data Science skills are a plus
3. Strong knowledge of Python and its ecosystem of data science libraries
4. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the related ML algorithms is preferred
5. Strong understanding & proven experience in Azure AI services i.e.,  ML Studio, Data-factory & Kubernetes Service(s)
6.  Eager to learn ServiceNow platform and new technologies quickly and demonstrate a hands-on understanding Strong understanding of design patterns, integration patterns modeling, data modelling principles, and best practices
7. A good track record of project delivery for large cross-team projects
8.  Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline backed with industry experience
