We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Administrator with 1 to 3 years of work experience to join our team and work on developing new features on CRM (sales cloud) for our sales channels using SFDC config based solutions.

The candidate will be part of a larger team of salesforce developers, admins, support engineers and testers. The candidate should be able to build and customize (SFDC) solutions. This includes developing, testing and deploying SFDC config based solutions. The candidate is expected to work on multiple projects/instances, work in sprints, translate user requirements into user stories and develop technical solutions. The candidate should be passionate about his work, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Key job responsibilities
1. Perform technical analysis and development of applications with necessary customizations.
2. Configuration of SFDC features including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, Lightning flows, custom metadata types, custom settings, Email templates.
3. Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.
4. Manage SFDC Customer Relationship Management (CRM) including internal support requests and data integrity.
5. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate.
6. Learn and adapt to Amazon internal tools and AWS technology.
7. Participate in change management processes and drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.


  • 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience scripting in modern program languages


  • 1-3 years of experience in building SFDC config based solutions.
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams.
  • Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
