Our team is responsible for tools, infrastructure and workflows that enable code development, testing, and the continuous delivery of netflix.com. We also work closely with frontend teams to support rapid development of web applications across Netflix.
Who you are
- You have strong coding skills in JS and experience with UI automation frameworks
- You have empathy for the developer experience and seek out areas to improve developer productivity
- You take ownership of projects to drive them with minimal direction and prioritize appropriately
- You can form partnerships with cross-functional teams and have strong communication skills
- You have a growth mindset – you don’t need to know everything but are eager to learn anything
What you will do
- Design and implement functionality in Node JS to improve the web UI automation user experience
- Collaborate with Web UI engineers across Netflix to identify opportunities to improve the developer experience
- Gather and analyze operational data to gain insights on how to improve test stability, performance, and developer engagement.
