The guarantee is designed for learners who actually follow the program. Here’s what “following properly” means in simple, practical terms:

  • Attend/consume core sessions and complete the assigned practice sets.

  • Attempt mocks when scheduled and apply feedback in the next attempts.

  • Stay responsive on the support channel for clarifications and next steps.

If you’ve genuinely followed the program and still feel you’re not moving, you can raise a request. We’ll do a quick review and choose the right resolution path.

  • Step 1: You share your tracker (attendance + submissions + mocks).

  • Step 2: We review your attempts and identify the exact bottleneck.

  • Step 3: We offer a fair resolution (extra support path / extension / refund as per written terms).

Most cases get solved through the “support + extension” path — because we want you to finish strong.
