The guarantee applies when you complete the required work and still do not receive a qualifying outcome. We then review your records and resolve the case according to the written terms on this page.

A qualifying outcome is a relevant job offer within the role family, compensation range and location agreed during your preparation. For students, a relevant internship may also count.

  • Relevant offer: the role must match the target discussed with the team.
  • For students: a relevant internship may count as the qualifying outcome.
  • Offer decision: if you receive a relevant offer and choose not to accept it, placement assistance under this guarantee ends.
The guarantee does not promise a particular company, salary or instant referral.

Enrolment alone does not make a guarantee claim eligible. You need to complete the milestones below and keep a record of them.

  • Complete at least 90% of the learning resources available in your assigned roadmap.
  • Pass at least 85% of assignments and submit them within the expected timelines.
  • Pass at least 85% of assessments, tests and mocks and stay responsive throughout the active preparation period.

When you complete your side of the program, we are responsible for providing the support listed below.

  • Preparation roadmap: a clear sequence based on your target role and current level.
  • Reviews and mocks: feedback that shows what is improving and what still needs work.
  • Placement assistance: support begins after you meet the stated readiness milestones.

If you have completed the required milestones but still have no qualifying outcome, you can ask the team to review your case.
