Platform Leucine is a Software Platform for Pharma Companies. Customers achieve higher efficiency in their manufacturing operations and incremental compliance to regulators via the Platform. This means manufacturing faster towards manufacturing more and making compliance efficient and error-proof, de-risking chances of getting observations from Regulators like the FDA.
The Customer achieves these outcomes by digitizing their paper-based Procedures using the no-code Process Builder of the Platform and orchestrating their processes via the Platform leading to digital efficiencies, error-free execution. Imaging a uber-like platform for Pharma where instead of Drivers we have Operators who are, instead of completing rides, are manufacturing batches. Imagine, Uber-like orchestration for manufacturing batches and what it can do to revolutionize drug manufacturing.

What you will do
Analyze and organize raw data
Build scalable data systems and pipelines
Build API integrations to support data volume and complexity
Evaluate business needs and objectives
Interpret trends and patterns
Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
Build algorithms and prototypes
Combine raw information from different sources
Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
Identify opportunities for data acquisition
Develop analytical tools and programs
Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects

Requirements
Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
Knowledge of Python programming languages
Hands-on experience with SQL database design
Great numerical and analytical skills
Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Process oriented with great documentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
2+ years of Python development experience
2+ years of SQL experience (No-SQL experience is a plus)
2+ years of experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling
